Job summary

Environmental Management Inc. seeks an experienced Irrigation Site Superintendent to lead commercial irrigation installations from planning through completion in Plain City, OH. You will supervise crews, coordinate field operations, and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

You will mentor team members, resolve field issues, and maintain strong client relationships while coordinating labor, equipment, and subcontractors throughout the project life cycle.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, installation methods, troubleshooting, and maintenance practices.
• Experience leading irrigation installation crews and large-scale projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and irrigation drawings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee commercial irrigation installation projects from start to finish.
• Supervise irrigation crews (10–15 employees) and mentor Crew Leaders and field staff.
• Ensure safety, quality workmanship, and adherence to project budgets and schedules.
• Maintain accurate project records and provide regular updates to management.
