Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. is seeking an Irrigation Installation Foreman/Crew Leader to oversee field crews installing irrigation systems for commercial and residential clients.

You will ensure installations meet quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines outdoors in varied weather conditions. The role requires hands-on leadership, coordination with clients and subcontractors, and daily supervision of 2–4 team members.

Qualifications

• At least three years of irrigation installation experience.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability under company policy.
• Ability to lead a crew and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of 2-4 employees in irrigation system installations.
• Install all components of irrigation systems, including wiring controllers, valves, and piping.
• Operate equipment such as trenchers, pullers, trucks, and tampers as needed.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to order materials and ensure timely completion.
• Interface professionally with customers, subcontractors, and architects to meet project requirements.
