Job summary

Environmental Management Inc. is seeking an Irrigation Site Superintendent to lead commercial irrigation installations from planning through completion in Central Ohio.

You will supervise crews, manage budgets and schedules, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with clients and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within scope. You will guide 10–15 workers, mentor leaders, review plans, and oversee all field activities to maintain high standards and client satisfaction across multiple

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in commercial irrigation installations.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role leading crews.
• Ability to read plans and irrigation drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee irrigation projects from start to finish.
• Develop schedules, allocate resources, and ensure on-time completion.
• Monitor budgets, productivity, and performance against goals.
