Job summary

Environmental Management Inc. is seeking a Landscape Site Superintendent to oversee and direct the daily operations of landscape installation projects in Plain City, Ohio.

You will report to the Landscape Operations Manager and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. You will mentor Foremen and Crew Leaders, coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, and Estimators, and maintain client relationships while driving efficiency, safety, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of landscape construction or landscape installation experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory, foreman, or superintendent role.
• Experience with irrigation, hardscape, drainage, planting, grading, and site restoration preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise field crews of 10–15 employees and develop Foremen and Crew Leaders.
• Oversee daily landscape installation operations, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and budget alignment.
• Provide coaching, training, mentoring, and performance feedback to field personnel.
• Plan and coordinate labor, equipment, subcontractors, and materials to meet project timelines.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, production logs, and project documentation.
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes to the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
