Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Irrigation Foreman to detect and repair irrigation systems while coordinating field crews and daily operations outdoors in Jacksonville, FL. You will read gauges, ensure safety, and manage crew performance to meet project goals.

The role requires 2+ years in irrigation installation, a strong work ethic, and solid communication skills; Spanish is a plus and irrigation certification is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Commercial irrigation installation experience, minimum 2 years.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret irrigation schematics.
• Strong work ethic and effective oral and written communication.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus; irrigation certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Detect and repair irrigation system issues.
• Read and interpret gauges related to the irrigation system.
• Manage employees and oversee production in the field.
• Ensure a safe environment for workers, vendors, clients, and employees.
• Operate equipment in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and report issues to supervisors.
• Report problems with job site or equipment immediately.
• Model ethical behavior and promote company culture.
