Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of irrigation experience.
• Ability to read gauges and interpret plans.
• Must be able to work in extreme heat and direct sunlight.
• Strong work ethic and safety awareness.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Irrigation certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Detecting and making necessary repairs to the irrigation system.
• Accurately reading various gauges related to the irrigation system.
• Managing employees and overseeing production in the field.
• Operating light/heavy equipment effectively and according to regulations.
• Ensuring that equipment is maintained and managed; alert supervisors if there are any issues.
• Reporting any problems with job site or equipment immediately.
• Demonstrating role model behaviors on ethics and integrity as well as promoting Company culture.
