Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking an Irrigation Leadman to join our field team in Jacksonville, FL. The role involves repairing irrigation systems, reading gauges, and supervising field crews while ensuring equipment is maintained and operated safely.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in irrigation or landscape maintenance, with preferred skills in reading blueprints, strong communication, and a willingness to work in challenging conditions, including extreme heat and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in irrigation or landscape maintenance.
• Experience coordinating field crews and operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Detecting and making necessary repairs to the irrigation system
• Accurately reading various gauges related to the irrigation system
• Managing employees and overseeing production in the field
• Operating light/heavy equipment effectively and according to regulations
• Ensuring equipment is maintained; alert supervisors if issues arise
• Reporting problems with job site or equipment immediately
• Demonstrating role model behaviors on ethics and integrity and promoting company culture
