Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Irrigation Foreman to oversee installation and repair of irrigation systems in outdoor environments. You will read gauges, supervise crew, and ensure safety and quality in the field.

The role requires hands-on experience with irrigation, ability to interpret blueprints, strong communication, and bilingual skills as a plus; physical demands include lifting up to 100 pounds and working outside in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Commercial irrigation installation experience - minimum 2 years of experience in irrigation.
• Strong work ethic - Knowledge of blueprints
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
• Irrigation certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Detect and repair the irrigation system
• Read and interpret gauges related to the irrigation system
• Manage employees and oversee production in the field
• Ensure a safe environment for other workers and vendors, clients and for all employees
• Operate light/heavy equipment effectively and according to all regulations
• Ensure that equipment is maintained and managed; alert supervisors if there are any issues
• Report any problems with job site or equipment immediately
• Demonstrate role model behaviors on ethics and integrity as promote company culture
