Job summary

BrightView is seeking an Irrigation Leadman in Orlando, FL. The role involves leading field crew, performing irrigation repairs, and ensuring equipment and operations meet safety and quality standards.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of irrigation-related experience, be able to read blueprints and gauges, and communicate effectively in English. Bilingual Spanish and irrigation certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Strong ability to read/interpret irrigation blueprints and gauges.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Irrigation certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Detecting and making necessary repairs to the irrigation system.
• Reading gauges related to the irrigation system.
• Managing employees and overseeing production in the field.
• Operating light/heavy equipment according to regulations.
• Ensuring equipment is maintained; alert supervisors to issues.
• Reporting problems with job site or equipment immediately.
• Promoting company culture with integrity and ethics.
