Job summary

LPR Construction Company is seeking candidates for its Apprentice Program in Louisville, KY. After 6 months, eligible for the Apprentice Program with paid training following the NCCER curriculum and DOL certification.

The program offers frequent pay raises, medical benefits, per-diem and travel pay, and progressive bonus payouts as years of service increase. As an ironworker helper, you will assist with structural iron and steel erection under supervision, ensuring timely, high-quality work

Qualifications

• Requires enrollment in or completion of NCCER curriculum, with DOL certification.
• Under supervision, performs tasks related to structural iron and steel erection with focus on safety and productivity.

LPR Apprentice Program

After 6 months of employment, all helpers are eligible for LPR's Apprentice Program. This program offers paid-for training that follows NCCER curriculum and is DOL certified. All Apprentices receive frequent pay raises and promotions as they progress through the program.
