Job summary

LPR Construction Company in Texas is seeking motivated individuals to join their Apprentice Program. After 6 months of employment, helpers become eligible for the NCCER-based program, nationally recognized and DOL certified, with paid training and potential raises as you progress.

Under supervision, the ironworker helper performs tasks related to structural iron and steel erection, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity while gaining hands-on experience on diverse projects across the US

Job description

LPR Apprentice Program

After 6 months of employment, all helpers are eligible for LPR's Apprentice Program. This program offers paid-for training that follows NCCER curriculum and is DOL certified. All Apprentices receive frequent pay raises and promotions as they progress through the program.
