Job summary

LPR Construction Company invites applicants to join its Apprentice Program. After 6 months of employment, you become eligible for paid training under NCCER curriculum with DOL certification.

Apprentices receive frequent pay increases and promotions as they progress through the program. We offer per-diem and travel pay, medical insurance, and milestone bonuses (40-hour payout after 1 year, 80-hour after 2 years, 120-hour after 5 years).

• NCCER curriculum and DOL certification are part of the training program.

• Under supervision, the ironworker helper performs tasks related to structural iron and steel erection, ensuring timely, quality work while maintaining safety and productivity.

LPR Apprentice Program

After 6 months of employment, all helpers are eligible for LPR's Apprentice Program. This program offers paid-for training that follows NCCER curriculum and is DOL certified. All Apprentices receive frequent pay raises and promotions as they progress through the program.
