Job summary

LPR Construction Co. is seeking candidates to join its Apprentice Program as an ironworker helper. After 6 months of employment, participants are eligible for paid training under NCCER curriculum and DOL certification, with frequent pay raises and promotions as they progress.

The program offers per-diem and travel pay, medical and insurance benefits, and holiday bonuses after 1 year, with continued growth across projects nationwide—from medical buildings to studios and entertainment venues.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in loud, dusty construction environments.
• Willingness to work long hours and outdoors.
• Experience assisting in structural steel tasks such as layout, assembly or installation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in layout, assembly, and installation of structural steel; rigging and material handling.
• Support firewatch duties and maintain a clean, safe work area.
