Qualifications

• Four (4) years of craft experience with one year as Lead in industrial construction.
• Able to lead and supervise craft personnel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Completion of safety certifications such as OSHA 10 or equivalent as required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce site safety and safe work practices.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise construction activities of crews.
• Review contract scope, drawings, specs, and shop estimates.
• Study project execution and tracking documents (safety, QA/QC, schedule, costs).
• Interface with Superintendent to ensure policy compliance and project alignment.
• Provide prioritized work instructions and monitor crew progress.
• Mentor craft personnel for professional development.
