Visiting Angels is seeking caring CAREgivers to assist seniors in their homes, offering flexible, part-time shifts and opportunities to earn additional pay through differentials and bonuses. You will provide non-medical care, companionship, and support to help clients maintain independence and quality of life while working with a supportive team.

Base pay ranges and shift differentials are highlighted, with orientation and ongoing training provided.

• Reliable, dependable and compassionate individuals are sought to care for seniors.
• Ability to provide reliable transportation and hold a valid driver’s license.
• No prior experience required; paid orientation and training are provided.

Responsabilités

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and daily activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Run errands and accompany clients to appointments.
• Give medication reminders and dementia/Alzheimer's care as needed.
• Support seniors in maintaining independence and quality of life.

Competitive Pay + Multiple Ways to Earn More!

Base Pay: $13.00–$18.00/hour based on experience

Plus, you can earn additional money through shift differentials!

Start at $15/hour and see how much you could earn:

• Weekday Regular Shift: $15/hour
• Weekend Shift: $17/hour
• Weekday ER Shift: $17/hour
• Weekend ER Shift: $19/hour
• Weekday Angel Visit Shift (2.5 hours or less): $18/hour
• Weekend Angel Visit Shift (2.5 hours or less): $21/hour!

Other ways to earn:

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Monthly, quarterly & annual performance bonuses
• Referral bonuses of up to $1,000 per hire

No Experience? No Problem!

You don't need years of experience to become a CAREgiver. We provide paid orientation and comprehensive training through our Caregiver Development Program.

You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing education, and additional training in areas such as dementia and palliative care so you feel confident providing exceptional care.

Experienced CAREgivers can participate in our 6-week mentoring program, where they support and guide new team members. Mentors serve as role models while helping new CAREgivers build confidence and succeed in their roles.
