Visiting Angels CAREgiver positions offer meaningful, non-medical in-home care to seniors, helping them maintain independence with dignity. You will support activities of daily living, provide companionship, and assist with errands and transportation.

We provide paid orientation, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement with flexible shifts. Join a team that values compassion, reliability, and growth in the West Virginia communities you serve.

Every shift is an opportunity to make someone’s day better. You’ll build meaningful relationships with your clients while being supported by a dedicated team that cares about you and your success.

Competitive Pay + Multiple Ways to Earn More!

Base Pay: $13.00–$18.00/hour based on experience

Plus, you can earn additional money through shift differentials!

Start at $15/hour and see how much you could earn:

• Weekday Regular Shift: $15/hour
• Weekend Shift: $17/hour
• Weekday ER Shift: $17/hour
• Weekend ER Shift: $19/hour
• Weekday Angel Visit Shift (2.5 hours or less): $18/hour
• Weekend Angel Visit Shift (2.5 hours or less): $21/hour!

Other ways to earn:

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Monthly, quarterly & annual performance bonuses
• Referral bonuses of up to $1,000 per hire

No Experience? No Problem!

You don't need years of experience to become a CAREgiver. We provide paid orientation and comprehensive training through our Caregiver Development Program.

You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing education, and additional training in areas such as dementia and palliative care so you feel confident providing exceptional care.

Experienced CAREgivers can participate in our 6-week mentoring program, where they support and guide new team members. Mentors serve as role models while helping new CAREgivers build confidence and succeed in their roles.
