Job summary
Visiting Angels is seeking caring individuals to join as CAREgivers in the United States. You will provide non-medical care, companionship, and daily living support to seniors in their homes, helping maintain dignity and independence.
Base pay ranges from $13.00–$18.00 per hour depending on experience, with additional shift differentials and bonuses. Flexibility with 4, 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts and various shift types is offered to fit your lifestyle.

Base Pay: $13.00–$18.00/hour based on experience
Plus, you can earn additional money through shift differentials!
- Weekday Regular Shift: $15/hour
- Weekend Shift: $17/hour
- Weekday ER Shift: $17/hour
- Weekend ER Shift: $19/hour
- Weekday Angel Visit Shift (2.5 hours or less): $18/hour
- Weekend Angel Visit Shift (2.5 hours or less): $21/hour!
- $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Monthly, quarterly & annual performance bonuses
- Referral bonuses of up to $1,000 per hire
You don't need years of experience to become a CAREgiver. We provide paid orientation and comprehensive training through our Caregiver Development Program.
You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing education, and additional training in areas such as dementia and palliative care so you feel confident providing exceptional care.

Experienced CAREgivers can participate in our 6-week mentoring program, where they support and guide new team members. Mentors serve as role models while helping new CAREgivers build confidence and succeed in their roles.

As a Visiting Angels CAREgiver, you'll provide compassionate, non-medical care, including:
- Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities
- Companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Errands and appointment assistance
- Medication reminders
- Dementia and Alzheimer's care
- Helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life
