Job summary

Visiting Angels CAREgiver position offers a meaningful role delivering compassionate non-medical care in clients’ homes, with support from a caring team and paid orientation. You’ll help seniors maintain dignity and independence while building relationships and earning competitive pay.

Roles offer 4–12 hour shifts, day/evening/weekend options, and local assignments near your home. Pay starts at $13.00–$16.00 per hour with possible shift differentials and bonuses.

• No previous experience required; paid orientation and comprehensive training provided.
• Caregiving includes dementia and palliative care training to support independence and quality of life.

Competitive Pay + Multiple Ways to Earn More!

Base Pay: $13.00–$18.00/hour based on experience

Plus, you can earn additional money through shift differentials!

Start at $15/hour and see how much you could earn:

• Weekday Regular Shift: $15/hour
• Weekend Shift: $17/hour
• Weekday ER Shift: $17/hour
• Weekend ER Shift: $19/hour
• Weekday Angel Visit Shift (2.5 hours or less): $18/hour
• Weekend Angel Visit Shift (2.5 hours or less): $21/hour!

Other ways to earn:

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Monthly, quarterly & annual performance bonuses
• Referral bonuses of up to $1,000 per hire

No Experience? No Problem!

You don't need years of experience to become a CAREgiver. We provide paid orientation and comprehensive training through our Caregiver Development Program.

You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing education, and additional training in areas such as dementia and palliative care so you feel confident providing exceptional care.
