Every shift is an opportunity to make someone’s day better. You’ll build meaningful relationships with your clients while being supported by a dedicated team that cares about you and your success.

Competitive Pay + Multiple Ways to Earn More!

Base Pay: $13.00–$18.00/hour based on experience

Plus, you can earn additional money through shift differentials!

Start at $15/hour and see how much you could earn:

Weekday Regular Shift: $15/hour
Weekend Shift: $17/hour
Weekday ER Shift: $17/hour
Weekend ER Shift: $19/hour
Weekday Angel Visit Shift (2.5 hours or less): $18/hour
Weekend Angel Visit Shift (2.5 hours or less): $21/hour!

Other ways to earn:

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus
Monthly, quarterly & annual performance bonuses
Referral bonuses of up to $1,000 per hire

No Experience? No Problem!

You don't need years of experience to become a CAREgiver. We provide paid orientation and comprehensive training through our Caregiver Development Program.

You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing education, and additional training in areas such as dementia and palliative care so you feel confident providing exceptional care.

Experienced CAREgivers can participate in our 6-week mentoring program, where they support and guide new team members. Mentors serve as role models while helping new CAREgivers build confidence and succeed in their roles.
