• ServSafe and/or food safety training is desirable.
• High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders, retrieve, and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages, and food orders to guest tables according to hotel specifications.
• Collect payments.
• Assist in maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment.
