Job summary

Hotel Celare, a Marriott Tribute Portfolio property in Cincinnati, is seeking a server in our Iris AM restaurant. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, collect payments, and help maintain the dining area per hotel standards.

The role requires at least one year of public-facing experience, ability to communicate with guests and staff, and alcohol safety training. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; ServSafe or food safety training is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a role serving the public.
• Ability to communicate with guests, management and staff.
• Alcohol beverage service knowledge or training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food & beverage orders, retrieve, and serve beverages and food to guests per hotel specs; courteously and efficiently.
• Collect payments for orders and assist in maintaining the restaurant area and equipment.
• Coordinate with General Manager and department managers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
