Responsibilities

• Facilitate PPS for the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit.
• Coordinate with coding and interdisciplinary team to screen candidates for admission.
• Attend team conferences and assist IRF-PAI data collection.
• Learn and stay compliant with Medicare regulations for IRF facilities.
• Prepare the annual report for state attestation of the 60% rule.
• Run rehab software reports to aid leadership with data analytics.
• Obtain pre- and re-authorization from payers as needed.
• Support performance improvement activities and quality monitors.
