Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate PPS for the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit.
• Attend team conferences to assess data for IRF-PAI and help develop the Plan of Care.
• Learn and stay abreast of Medicare regulations for the IRF or unit.
• Prepare and track the 60% compliance reporting and annual state attestation data.
• Maintain guest relations and customer service excellence.
• Educate staff on PPS submission requirements and data elements.
