Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a PAI Assistant for Nacogdoches Medical Center Bomar in Texas. This full-time role supports IRF-PAI completion with the interdisciplinary team, collects and transmits data to Medicare, and helps educate staff on Quality Indicators.

You will work with clinical colleagues to ensure CMS compliance and maintain routine communications across the care team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Previous experience working in inpatient rehabilitation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IRF-PAI completion with the interdisciplinary team.
• Gather and input data, transmission of data to Medicare.
• Assist with education of staff regarding Quality Indicators (QIs).
• Assist with monitoring and management of CMS compliance.
• Routine internal contacts include all clinical members of the interdisciplinary team.
• External contacts are employees of the client facility.
