Qualifications

• Licensed clinicians required with acute hospital or rehabilitation experience.
• Experience in IRF or inpatient rehab settings preferred.
• Ability to operate basic computer and data management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IRF PAI function for timely completion.
• Educate staff to improve PAI score accuracy.
• Review documentation and advise on rehab criteria compliance.
• Oversee PAI completion before electronic transmission.
• Collaborate with physicians and rehab team for accurate assessments.
• Maintain knowledge of PAI software and regulatory changes.
• Submit completed IRF PAI and support coding processes.
