Job summary

Lifepoint Health's Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a PAI Assistant at Nacogdoches Medical Center Bomar in Texas for full-time day shifts. You will coordinate IRF-PAI completion with the interdisciplinary team, gather data, and transmit to Medicare.

The role emphasizes CMS compliance, staff education on Quality Indicators, and routine internal and client-facility contacts. A high school diploma is required; inpatient rehab experience preferred; comprehensive benefits and professional growth

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Previous experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support in coordination of the IRF-PAI completion with the interdisciplinary team.
• Gathering and input of data, transmission of data to Medicare.
• Assists with education of staff regarding Quality Indicators (QIs).
• Assists with monitoring and management of CMS compliance.
• Routine internal contacts include all clinical members of the interdisciplinary team.
• External contacts are employees of the client facility.
• Other duties as assigned.
