Job summary

St. David's Georgetown Hospital is seeking an IRF PAI Coordinator to support the Rehab Program Director by coordinating timely IRF-PAI completion and ensuring accurate documentation for inpatient rehabilitation patients.

This role requires licensure as RN, OT, PT, SLP or SW, plus 2+ years in an acute hospital or rehab setting; familiarity with PAI software, chart review and staff education is preferred to sustain compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as RN, OT, PT, SLT or SW (as applicable).
• Two or more years of licensed clinician experience in acute hospital or rehab setting.
• UDS Credential is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IRF PAI function and ensure timely completion.
• Verify and improve coding accuracy under supervision.
• Educate staff to improve UDS score accuracy and documentation quality.
• Review clinical documentation to support rehab criteria compliance and chart accuracy.
