Ascensus is seeking a Compliance Servicing Specialist to support financial institutions with IRA, HSA, and ESA compliance issues. The role emphasizes protecting confidential data, strong communication, and cross-selling Ascensus products. Training is provided to build expertise in IRS rules and Ascensus procedures.

The position relies on clear written and verbal communication, customer service skills, and knowledge of the financial services landscape, including credit unions and banks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related work experience
• Previous experience in a call center environment preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge of financial services industry, especially Credit Unions and Banks
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Proven ability to use effective listening and problem solving skills

Responsabilités

• Protect confidential data and ensure proper handling to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure
• Demonstrate I-Client service philosophy and Core Values in daily actions
• Answer inbound calls to provide compliance and operational assistance related to IRA, HSA, ESA and other accounts
• Process death claims and related forms for deceased IRA, HSA or ESA accounts
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and maintain knowledge of Ascensus products
