Ascensus is seeking a Compliance Servicing Specialist to provide front-line call center and operations support to financial institutions and Ascensus staff. You will handle IRA, ESA, and HSA compliance issues, while ensuring data security and adherence to IRS rules and Ascensus processes.

The role involves learning complex compliance topics through extensive training and promoting Ascensus products in the marketplace where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or related field.
• Experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of financial services industry, especially credit unions and banks.
• Strong written and oral communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line call center and operational support for IRA, ESA, and HSA compliance issues.
• Protect and securely handle confidential data to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide compliance and operational guidance.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell Ascensus products where appropriate.
