Job summary

Ascensus in Florida is seeking a Compliance Servicing Specialist to deliver frontline call center and operational support to financial institutions on IRA, ESA and HSA compliance issues, regulations and procedures.

The role requires mastering IRS rules, multiple systems and Ascensus processes, with extensive training up front to help you learn, grow and contribute to product expansions in the marketplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of financial services industry, especially banks or credit unions.
• Strong written and oral communication; customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Protect confidential data and ensure proper handling to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
• Uphold core values: People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always®.
• Answer inbound calls to provide compliance and operational assistance related to IRA, HSA, ESA and other accounts.
• Process death claims and related forms for deceased IRA, HSA or ESA owners.
• Cross-sell Ascensus products where appropriate and maintain knowledge of offerings.
