Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manager, IR Operations to build and run the operational backbone for investor relations and board functions. This high-visibility role sits within the Investor Relations & Capital Markets team and spans internal operations and external engagement, ensuring the right information, materials, and experiences reach executives, board members, and investors.

You will stand up core IR systems, coordinate with Communications, Marketing, Events, and Finance, and own board

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, investor relations or a related field
• Ability to build and manage complex, multi-stakeholder processes with high attention to detail
• Strong executive presence and comfort engaging with C‑suite leaders, board members, and external investors
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to synthesize operational and financial information for senior audiences
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to operate across a wide range of tasks—from high-level strategy to hands-on execution
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities

Responsibilities

• Own board meeting preparation and logistics for Board meetings, including CEO letter, board deck, and distributed materials
• Stand up and manage IR operations infrastructure, CRM, investor appearances, fundraising close processes, and quarterly reporting
• Plan and execute major investor events, coordinating content and cross-functional support
• Serve as IR's cross-functional interface with Communications, Marketing, Events, and Finance to keep IR informed of key developments
• Prepare and host investor and bank visits, coordinating agendas and executive briefing materials
