Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manager, IR Operations to build and run the operational infrastructure behind the company's investor relations and board functions. This high-visibility role sits within the Investor Relations & Capital Markets team and partners with Communications, Marketing, Events, and Finance to ensure materials and processes are world-class.

You will ensure board operations run seamlessly and investor engagement is strategically informed.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, investor relations or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage complex, multi‑stakeholder processes with high attention to detail.
• Strong executive presence and comfort engaging with C‑suite leaders, board members, and external investors.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to synthesize operational and financial information for senior audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to operate across a wide range of tasks — from high‑level strategy to hands‑on execution.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Own board meeting preparation and logistics for end-to-end Board meetings and materials.
• Stand up and manage IR operations infrastructure, including an IR CRM, investor reporting, and appearances at conferences.
• Plan and execute major investor events and engagements, coordinating content and cross-functional support.
• Serve as IR's cross‑functional interface with Communications, Marketing, Events, and Finance.
• Prepare and host investor and bank visits at headquarters.
