Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Waxahachie, TX is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for Interventional Radiology (IR). The role leads daily IR operations, oversees staffing, patient flow, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance to deliver exceptional patient care.

You will partner with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, support onboarding and coaching, and drive improvements in efficiency and outcomes in a fast-paced procedural setting.

Qualifications

Current RN license.
IR/procedural nursing experience.
Proven leadership and communication skills.
Experience managing staffing, patient flow, and operations.
Commitment to patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead IR nursing staff and daily department operations.
Manage staffing, scheduling, patient throughput, and workflow coordination.
Promote quality, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Support onboarding, education, coaching, and performance management.
Drive process improvement and employee engagement efforts.
Provide visible clinical leadership in a fast-paced procedural environment.
