Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• Strong clinical nursing background.
• Interventional Radiology or procedural nursing experience.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Experience managing staffing, patient flow, and operational priorities.
• Commitment to patient safety, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise IR nursing staff and daily department operations.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, patient throughput, and workflow coordination.
• Promote quality, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support onboarding, education, coaching, and performance management.
• Drive process improvement and employee engagement efforts.
• Provide visible clinical leadership in a fast-paced procedural environment.
