Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health Waxahachie is hiring a Supervisor Nurse Procedural RN to oversee the ASC nursing team, ensure safe, efficient care in a multi-OR setting, and support the Nursing Manager with operations.

The role requires RN licensure, prior supervisory and ASC/OR experience, and strong physician relations. It includes day shifts, no on-call, and opportunities to collaborate across departments while promoting evidence-based practice and high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN licensure and current Texas Nursing License.
• Experience supervising nursing staff in procedural or ASC settings.
• Knowledge of GI and pain procedures.
• Strong people skills and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing operations in procedural department.
• Supervise assigned nursing and unit-based personnel.
• Ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Coordinate with Nursing Manager on policies, budgets and governance.
• Assist GI Lab at main hospital when needed.
