Job summary

Piedmont Fayette Hospital is seeking a Charge Nurse - IR to coordinate the delivery of quality nursing care during shifts and provide clinical support as census demands. You will communicate patient care issues to leaders and serve as a staff resource.

The role requires active RN licensure in Georgia, BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and related certifications, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and evidence-based practice within Women’s Services and other units.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school is required.
• 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital setting is required; 2+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle during the shift.
• Communicates patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to the appropriate leaders.
