Job summary

Enphase Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager for IQ SST Product Development to drive the program from engineering validation through New Product Introduction and high-volume manufacturing.

You will coordinate Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing to deliver a complex hardware system on time and at cost. You will own the program schedule, coordinate supplier qualification, and manage risks across design changes, part shortages, and tooling delays.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering hardware/software product programs from development to volume manufacturing.
• Experience bridging Engineering and Operations/Procurement with supplier negotiations.
• Knowledge of hardware lifecycles, embedded systems, and electro-mechanical product introducton.
• Experience with high-volume hardware, BOM cost management, and lead time planning.
• Familiarity with compliance, quality, and regulatory standards for power electronics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program execution from design to volume ramp on schedule and budget.
• Bridge Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing to translate requirements into sourcing plans.
• Maintain integrated program schedule with milestones, qualification, and ramp timing.
• Drive component sourcing strategy and supplier qualification for high-volume BOMs.
• Plan pilot and production readiness, line balancing, and capacity scaling.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional risks and dependencies early.
• Provide regular status updates with clear trade-offs to leadership.
• Lead design reviews, build readiness reviews, and change management processes.
• Ensure compliance with grid, safety, and data center standards in the plan.
• Champion tooling and automation to scale program execution.
• Leverage AI to reduce overhead and improve decision making.
