Job summary

Hamilton Center, Inc. seeks an IPU Manager to provide individualized case management and supervisory/administrative services for the inpatient unit. The role includes discharge planning, treatment plan development, monitoring, and safety planning with CPIs and EMR documentation.

The IPU Manager will supervise Mental Health Technicians and Program Assistants, assist with budgets, staff scheduling, and training while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with IPS protocol.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in psychology, sociology, etc or 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to relate to and communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and decide actions based on the facts of each case.
• Supervise inpatient staff and assist with scheduling and training.
• Develop and monitor Treatment Plans with the care team.
• Maintain confidentiality and IPS protocol; document in EMR timely.
• Attend staff meetings and coordinate admissions/discharges per protocol.
