Job summary

V2X is hiring a Project Engineer to serve as the Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) within our Weapon System Integration (WSI) Team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This leadership role drives technical and programmatic excellence in airborne systems development.

The IPTL will be part of a dynamic and multidisciplined development team, providing leadership and establishing a vision to inspire the team to exceed program objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience with internal engineering processes and managing projects.
• Earned Value Management (EVM) experience in tracking and optimizing cost and schedule performance.
• Project Engineer or Manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Own product cost, schedule, and technical performance for airborne systems.
• Lead a cross-functional technical team for development and production.
• Represent product team at Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) and Engineering Review Boards (ERBs).
• Collaborate with Program Manager on staffing, budgets, and schedules.
• Mentor team members and ensure readiness for milestone reviews (SRR, CDR, TRR).
