Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 10+ years of experience required.
• DoD IPT experience and PMP certification are highly valued.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on large defense programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns product cost, schedule, and technical performance for airborne systems.
• Leads cross-functional team for development and production of airborne subsystems.
• Interfaces with program management boards and customers to ensure on-time delivery.
