Job summary

V2X Inc in Indianapolis seeks a Project Engineer to serve as Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) within the Weapon System Integration Team. You will drive technical and programmatic excellence in airborne systems, collaborating with internal teams and DoD service areas to deliver compliant solutions.

You will manage cost and schedule, lead a multidisciplinary team, and coordinate with Program Manager and stakeholders to meet milestones and reviews such as SRR, CDR, and TRR.

Qualifications

• Experience with internal engineering processes and managing projects.
• Systems Engineer, Project Engineer, or Project Manager experience.
• Strong technical background with project leadership experience.
• Earned Value Management (EVM) experience in tracking and optimizing cost and schedule performance.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of cost, schedule, and technical performance for the product line.
• Lead a cross-functional technical team for development and production of airborne systems.
• Lead system failure investigations across electrical, software, and mechanical domains.
• Provide programmatic and technical direction with staffing forecasts and resource planning.
