Job summary

V2X is hiring a Project Engineer to serve as the Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) within our Weapon System Integration (WSI) Team in Indianapolis, Indiana. The IPTL will drive technical and programmatic excellence in airborne systems development, leading a cross-functional team and coordinating with DoD USA/USAF/USMC/USN stakeholders to meet schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field with 5+ years of experience.
• Master's degree in Engineering or MBA preferred.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of product cost, schedule, and technical performance while leading development of innovative solutions.
• Lead a cross-functional team for development and production of airborne software/electrical/mechanical systems.
• Lead system failure investigations and other technical issues across electrical, software, and mechanical topics.
• Provide programmatic and technical direction with staffing forecasts and resource coordination.
