Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in engineering, program management or related field.
• Ability to obtain a Secret DoD Clearance is required or can be pursued.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in technical programs.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated product teams across engineering, operations, quality, logistics and other functions.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned efforts.
• Perform technical analysis to support design, trade studies, risk reduction and decisions.
• Coordinate requirements development, design reviews, integration, test and delivery activities.
• Identify risks and help develop mitigation plans; support proposals and technical planning.
• Communicate status, priorities and issues clearly with leadership and customers.
