Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks an Integrated Product Team Lead (IPT) to join our Space Sector in Dulles, VA or McLean, VA. This 100% onsite role reports to the program Engineering PM and drives program performance across cost and schedule with EVMS oversight.

Qualifications include a TS/SCI or TS clearance, 12+ years of PM experience (or 10+ with a Master’s), and proven leadership of engineering teams on spacecraft development or related programs. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Requires active Top Secret clearance or above and candidate must be eligible for access to sensitive information.
• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of professional experience or higher degrees with related experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams and managing large, multi-year programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all product team deliverables within cost and schedule constraints, meeting requirements and stakeholder expectations.
• Utilize EVMS to analyze progress, address variances, and ensure program performance.
• Lead risk and opportunity management, updating IMS and labor/material spreads for reporting.
• Coordinate staffing plans and confirm skill mix for work scope with engineering management.
• Collaborate with Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing to support build and I&T of subsystems and products.
