Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space System is seeking an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead in Linthicum, MD. The role will manage an engineering team of 5–25, interfacing with PMO, manufacturing, and suppliers on space intelligence systems.

Hybrid work arrangement, must reside in the local area. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Engineering/ STEM with 12+ years of experience (or 9+ with a PhD), DoD systems engineering expertise, and active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or STEM with 12+ years in engineering or 9+ years with a Ph.D.
• Master's degree preferred for technical management or STEM leadership roles.
• Active DoD security requirements and successful program leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk for complex engineering programs.
