Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space System is seeking an Integrated Product Team Lead within Eastern Regional Electronics and Payload Organization. This position will support our Intelligence Systems Division in Linthicum, MD.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance and offers a hybrid work arrangement (80% on-site, 20% remote). Travel up to 10% may be required. You will lead a cross-discipline engineering team and drive technical strategy across programs to deliver secure, affordable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical development and direction for engineering on a program.
• Coordinate with the Integrated Master Schedule to control project scope and baselines.
• Own quality, technical, budget and schedule responsibility for the engineering content.
• Ensure adherence to engineering processes across development, production, test and sustainment.
• Lead the Technical Review Board and liaise with program management, manufacturing, and customers.
• Identify and insert reusable technologies and support proposal efforts.
