Genentech, a Roche subsidiary, is seeking a Scientist 3 in the Cell Therapy department to advance iPSC-to-T cell differentiation platforms for next-generation therapies at the South San Francisco campus. This lab-based role emphasizes mechanistic biology, optimization of differentiation protocols, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to drive pipeline programs and improve product quality.

Competenze

PhD in immunology, stem cell biology, or related field with ≥3 years of relevant experience.
Hands-on experience differentiating iPSCs to T cells or other immune lineages.
Strong cell and molecular biology background with mechanistic approaches.
Experience evaluating the robustness and reproducibility of stem cell differentiation platforms.
Experience developing phenotypic and functional assays to characterize T cell activity, fitness, and potency.
Excellent written and verbal communication; collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
