Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biology, Neurobiology, Developmental Biology or a related field and three years’ experience in applied laboratory research.
• Experience in cell biology, neurobiology, stem cell biology, or electrophysiology; experience with neuropsychiatric or neurodegenerative diseases is a plus.
• Experience with human iPSC is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Designs and performs experiments with minimal supervision.
• Performs human pluripotent stem cell culture and assays spanning multiple modalities, including high content imaging, calcium imaging, multielectrode arrays.
• Independently generates and analyzes data, presents findings, and suggests next steps.
• Documents experiments to enable reproducibility by other team members.
• Trains less experienced team members and maintains lab infrastructure.
