Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent international degree required by start date.
• Demonstrated expertise in cell biology, genetics, genomics or stem-cell biology preferred.
• Experience with multi-omics, CRISPR screens, iPSC disease modeling, genome engineering, or AI-based omics/imaging analysis desirable.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and differentiate human iPSCs into disease-relevant cell types.
• Validate models using tissue culture, PCR, sequencing, imaging and biochemical assays.
• Lead CRISPR screening campaigns from library design to production and analysis.
• Develop computational pipelines for multi-modal phenotypic data and AI modeling.
