• Lead projects involving engineering, differentiation to disease-relevant cell types and functional characterization of human iPSCs.
• Execute complex molecular biology workflows, including tissue culture, PCR, NGS sequencing, imaging, and biochemical assays.
• Design and execute CRISPR screening campaigns and manage scaled cell culture for high-throughput perturbations.
• Develop computational pipelines to analyze multi-omics data and apply AI modeling to derive insights.
• Provide mentoring within the ATG team and contribute to manuscript preparation and grant proposals.
